Interview
2 hours of repetitive questions with 4 people (From Sales and HR). Not that hard, but definitely a strange process where they were clearly looking for someone who perfectly fits their culture. The company is an a slow-steady growth phase (after 8 years) and has clearly achieved some sort of success which they're not looking to compromise by hiring employees who might think differently. If you're interviewing here, emphasize your ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and remain extremely calm during your interview.
