I have been working at Beaumont Health full-time (More than 10 years)
Beaumont Health is a huge health system with decent pay and decent benefits (assuming you're willing to stay within the Beaumont system for all of your healthcare needs). Once you work at one hospital you can easily transfer to internal positions at any other Beaumont hospital. They'll pay 80% of your RN to BSN tuition.
Education reimbursement only applies to RN to BSN tuition. If you already have your BSN they will not help with getting a Master's and will not let you take an education sabbatical to retain your seniority if you choose to leave for school and wish to come back. Pay could definitely be better, and so could retirement. U of M has a much higher salary for tenured nurses and much better retirement matching.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Beaumont Health (Royal Oak, MI).
Called for an interview about a week after I applied. I interviewed with the department manager and then the charge nurse. Everyone was very nice. Got declined employment about a week after my interview. I was an internal applicant so I did not go through HR.
