I have been working at Beauty Brands full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I've worked for BB for almost 6 years and have never had a bad experience. I've been fortunate enough to work with such incredible managers who take the time to care for each of their employees in and out of the work environment. The company itself is like any other corporate company, having its ups and downs.

    Cons

Every once in a while the staff will get catty, but we're mostly all women so that is bound to happen at some point. Working in corporate retail we also deal with an unhappy customer every once in a while and it's hard taking the fall when we as a store can't control what happens.

    Advice to Management

The managers in all the locations I have worked at have gone above and beyond of what has been asked of them. They work incredibly long hours and handle a curve being thrown at them better than management at any other work place I've been employed.
