Had an hour-long interview with the Marketing Director. It felt like a great conversation. They gave me an assignment to do afterwords with a specific deadline, so I had to do it during my vacation that was already planned. I sent in the assignment on time. They never messaged me back until I followed up. Then they responded saying they were really busy and that they would get back to me later. I never heard from them again. It was really frustrating because I spent quite a few hours on the assignment which was already lengthy and cumbersome to begin with.InterviewTell me about your creative process.
