I worked at Bedford, Freeman & Worth part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Able to work remotely.
Very small editorial team and a lot of varying work and experience.
Most bosses are remote so this position van be done anywhere.

    Cons

    All work was remote
    Very little specific deadlines
Management did a very poor job of explaining or training, more of learning on the fly
    Very limited scope

    Advice to Management

I think that it would go a long way to consolidate the management in a singular office I see ad if spreading out the editorial team over 5 or 6 different states.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Bedford, Freeman & Worth (Ewing, NJ) in June 2016.

    Interview

I was brought in on 3 interviews. I had 2 phone interviews and one in person interview. The process took about two months, but I was dismayed after not receiving the job because the process had taken so long that I was unable to find other summer work afterwards, as it was already mid July. Nice company, the people I met were friendly enough.

    Interview Questions

    • They asked basic questions. One question that I hadn't heard before was "Can you describe your organizational process."   Answer Question
