    Pros

    I have been working for Bedrosians for over 25 years. I have seen with my own eyes the tremendous growth of this company. I started as a clerk and was promoted through hard work and dedication to inside sales, outside sales and now to store manager. You get what you put into the company. They have made big improvements in the past few years, they now have a full marketing team that makes our jobs a lot easier, Bedro-University to trainee their employees, they have good health benefits. They also have paid sick time and vacation time. I love that they are one of the biggest tile distributors in the USA and yet they still treat their employees like we are part of their family.

    Needs to have more paid holidays for hourly employees

    Application

    I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Bedrosians in March 2018.

    Interview

    I had 3 interviews...one over the phone with a recruiter, in person with the Branch Manager and another phone interview with an owner. Very frustrating and disappointing to go through 3 rounds of interviews and not even get a communication back on the role. Even after a follow up an email a week after final interview.
