    Senior Account Executive Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Atlanta, GA
    Accepted Offer
    Positive Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Beekeeper (Atlanta, GA) in August 2019.

    Interview

The entire interview process was about 7 rounds and took a little over a month (I also delayed the process a bit because I was out of the country for one of the weeks). Initial video screening with outside recruiting firm and then numerous Zoom video interviews with the Sales Manager, Sales Trainer, Panel Interview | Mock Demo, and then Director of Sales.

I personally believe that the professionalism and kindness a company displays throughout the interview process hints at the level of professionalism and kindness you'll be given once you become an employee. Every member of the Beekeeper team that I interacted with during the interview process was so punctual, responsive, professional, genuine and kind that I knew this is a company that I would be proud to work for. I also loved that I was able to experience the company's commitment to diversity while interviewing - so many companies 'preach' diversity but their interview process doesn't reflect that. Not Beekeeper! The interview was conducted by both men and women, salespeople and non-sales people, in junior and senior roles from all walks of life and it never once felt like an interrogation. It was such a consistently respectful, professional and enjoyable process that when I received my offer, I was thrilled to accept!!
