Clients

All organizations, regardless of size, face one similar challenge – driving performance from its labor base.

Our technology is scalable, robust, and delivers best-in-class reporting. No wonder it is used by over 100 global leaders, including:

  • 7 of the Fortune 25
  • 15 of the Fortune 100
  • 45 of the Fortune 500

While we are proud to have these large blue chip customers in our customer base, we are equally pleased to have many smaller and mid-sized companies that comprise our client list.

We focus on forging genuine partnerships based on results and trust. It certainly makes us feel great to have been chosen "Supplier of the Year" by a Fortune 3 company. We derive equal satisfaction, though, when the owner of a 2,000-employee company thanks us for helping the company manage its talent. At the end of the day, you need a partner who is accountable and will deliver what was promised.

I worked at Beeline full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great culture
    Understanding Management
    Great Teamwork within Departments
    Flexible Hours

    Cons

2016 was not a great year for Beeline. Due to a decreased revenue there were tight budgets and stress that started with executive management did make its way down to all employees. There were more lay offs seen than in any of the years prior and the culture 100% suffered. Not only were "fun" team building outings put on the back burner due to budgets but the stress really took a toll on employees. After the acquisition and merger things seemed to only become worse and a large layoff took place. I don't believe this was any one person's fault as business is business but it did seem like a good time to leave the company while it tries to find its new identity.

    Advice to Management

Hopefully they can bring Beeline back up to where it was before 2016 - truly a great place to work.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Beeline (Las Vegas, NV) in June 2016.

    Interview

The interview was about thirty minutes long. A lot of the prerequisites were to be able to work alone and respond to emails. You work from home so it's important to be organized
