I have been working at Beenox full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good work conditions. You appreciate working in a team where everyone is very qualified and expert in its field.

    Cons

Bad project planning and lack of creative focus in early development of products leads to a lot of overtime to wrap up projects toward the end.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Beenox (New York, NY) in December 2018.

    Interview

First was a phone call with with a recruiter. Then followed up with a Skype conversation with 2 designers and the recruiter. Since I was an out of town candidate, I didn't go to their office for an interview. But I was asked if I'd do a test project and I said yes. I spent quite some time doing it and was later told they decided to move forward with another candidate. They said the decision was mostly based on the result of the test project. The evaluation criteria was unclear. Basically you need to decide whether it's worth your time and effort to do a test.
