Interview
I spoke on the phone with one of their recruiters. The conversation seemed to go well and she mentioned I was going to move forward to the next step and would get back to me by the end of the week or next week. She followed up at the end of the week to let me know the next person in the interview process was on PTO and she would schedule me with her the following week. I was then ghosted for about 2 weeks and sent an insipid email letting me know I was, in fact, not moving forward. I asked for feedback on their decision, as they led me to believe that I was moving forward. Ghosted. This is NOT how you do candidate experience. This is NOT how you treat others. Good riddance maybe?InterviewBasic questions about my experience.
