Bellese has by far the best culture I have experienced in my career. Every single person I have interacted with has been smart, hard working and a genuinely good person. The company does great work for their clients and treats their employees with respect. Leadership promotes a work/life balance and truly means it. The benefits are very good and the company is poised for growth. I am so happy I made the decision to work here.

Interview
This was for a remote role. After the phone screening, the formal job interview followed. The 1-hour remote interview was led by the prospective boss. Two team members also participated. It began with a long introduction to the company, the type of research they do, and a light overview of their product. The team members explained the work they do. In the end, I was asked to do a 1-hour test project.
The prospective boss never turned on his camera. In addition, he was blunt and made comments that turned me off from working with him. I declined the role.Interview- Tell me about yourself, your work experience, and review some of your work. Explain your process. - What motivates you? - What do you not look forward to in a next job?
