I worked at Belltower Books part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great resume builder - as a Campus Captain I was able to be the manager of my own team and had a direct role in shaping the outcome of buyback each semester.

My Regional Manager gave me the opportunity to test out various marketing strategies and allowed me the flexibility to work when I went, where I want.

    Cons

Some of the buyers I managed didn't work very hard, and as a result their performance suffered - they complained at the end of the season because they didn't earn very much. The concept is pretty simple though - you get OUT what you put IN to your work, so if you make an effort and put yourself out there it's really easy to make money.

I'm hoping Belltower hires some more motivated buyers this season so we can knock it out of the park!

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

    Interview

There was a small questionnaire to fill out. No interview or anything like that. The whole process took about a week and was not difficult at all. Apply early in the semester so you can guarantee a spot on the team for your campus.
