    Pros

The managers and CEO know and care who you are. Plenty of overtime opportunities. Senior shipping techs are very experienced and very helpful training. Paid lunch break. Reimburse your purchase of steel toe shoes. Occasionally bring in catering company to feed all employees. Provided your own radio.

    Cons

Mandatory overtime/working Saturday can be issued, but is uncommon.

    Advice to Management

    Provide better coffee.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Belmark (De Pere, WI) in March 2016.

    Interview

Fairly long process (at least for me). I was out of state, but I had an in person interview with an HR rep, then a phone interview with the dept. manager and supervisor, and finally an in person meeting (less of an "interview") with the manager/supervisor and the dept. members. I was taken on a tour and got to see how the company works. Pretty standard interview questions. In my opinion the phone interview was the toughest part of it since there was no face to face interaction. Overall, it was a great experience.
