I worked at Bench Craft Company full-time (Less than a year)
Good environment, music playing, plenty of personal space, not constantly watching the clock or being watched, open office with huge windows
You’re essentially taking money from little businesses if you’re good at your job, the benefits don’t kick in until they know you can sell, basically if you can’t sell you get base pay and will last a week on average
Advice to Management
Give more thorough training, tell your current salesmen to help the new ones, it actually helps business! (No way)
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bench Craft Company (Denver, CO) in November 2017.
Met with 1 person who basically explained the history of the company & the details of the job going forward. More of an informative tutorial on the company than an interview. I was not asked a single question.
