I have been working at Bench Craft Company full-time (Less than a year)
Decent pay to start, you can get raises pretty quick, daily cash spiffs, brand new office, seems like you can get promoted if you work hard, set schedule, pitching to various industries and not limited to one.
If you miss time, your pipeline can thin out pretty quick so plan ahead, more PTO but I would rather make more money than have extra time off.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bench Craft Company (Denver, CO) in May 2017.
I spoke to someone for maybe 10 minutes, he did nothing to see how I qualified for the position, it was like I had the job before I even interviewed. The recruiter gave the impression that this was a much more traditional and organized sales job than what I found when I started.
