    Interview

Applied online and received a phone call from HR. The lady from HR was very friendly which made me excited for the on site interview. Interviewed with 2 people from the team and just an overall unwelcoming experience. First off, I just want to say that I have had people come into my current company for an interview which I participated in, and never have I made them feel unwelcome. I believe in making sure every candidate has the best experience when they come into the office and Benefit definitely failed at this. One person did a wonderful job making the interview process feel like a complete waste of my time and an unwelcoming environment. I was attempting to talk about my resume when half way she interrupts and says "so do you have any questions about this role?" This particular person should not be involved in the interviewing process because it is embarrassing to the company and put a bad taste in my mouth.
