I have been working at BeneTrac full-time

    Pros

Paychex invested in hiring a GM for the company, and he can actually lead and make the necessary changes that no one had been able to make before. There has been change in management, and the changes are already taking effect. That's what happens when your leadership can actually lead instead of just manage. There are opportunities to excel and move on if you actually pursue them.

    Cons

As with any company, BeneTrac is not perfect. But I really don't have any complaints.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at BeneTrac (San Diego, CA).

    Interview

The interview was a joke. They had a rather long written test - rather long. Just silly really. If you don't want to take the time to talk to someone, than why would you want to hire them?
They asked so many things that were never used on the job.
I would never have taken this job in the first place, if I had not been in a tight space.

    Interview Questions

    • They asked about design questions, and .net, etc. Again, very little of it was used, and most if not all of the people there are rather clueless as to the material as well. I.E. they could not pass their own interview test.   Answer Question
