Benefitfocus is proud to support our associates' passions. Giving back is a major part of our workplace culture and we encourage associates to get involved in programs they are passionate about. To support each person's passion we launched the Benefitfocus Fund, through the Coastal Community Foundation, so any associate can submit a form for his or her charity to receive funding. For people who are new to the area, we help them find a community program if they want to jump in and make a difference. We work with and support dozens of charities throughout the United States.
We value individualization and understand our associates have unique nonprofits that are important to them. We support their efforts monetarily and help gather volunteers, get the word out, and sponsor projects throughout the year.

Interviews with multiple levels of management across the organization, including Sales, Professional Services and Customer Support Management. Each step in the interview process was scheduled quickly so that the entire process from start to finish took less than 3 weeks.
