    Pros

Bennett College had a wonderful staff that provides you with the resources you need to be successful at your job.

    Cons

Not many downsides to working here. As a tutor, some students come to you last minute and sometimes expect miracles, however I feel that is a common thing working as a tutor.

    Advice to Management

Continue to advise and recommend students to attend tutoring by showing the improvement of students who take advantage of it.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Bennett College (Greensboro, NC) in December 2011.

    Interview

Three interviews, overall: the first was on the phone with my supervisor, then my 12-person department, and then the higher ups. The unfortunate part was how long the who process took. It was three months before I was even offered an interview.
