The "better together" mantra goes well beyond a saying and encourages various avenues of teamwork in a "me" focused environment that we live in.
Historically, the feedback process has not been candid, leading to employees being "blind sided", and eventually leaving. However, the Company has taken this to heart and is in the process of implementing a new feedback program that encourages transparency.
Advice to Management
Consider seeking ways to empower those in the staff/senior ranks so as to continue fostering organic growth.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bennett Thrasher (Atlanta, GA) in May 2012.
There was three rounds of interviews. One phone interview and two office interviews. I spoke with the HR on the phone and met my department managers and partners during the office interviews.
There was no negotiation. I accepted.
