    The work-life balance and family-friendly nature have been much appreciated and what has kept me loyal for 10+ years. Work with good, smart people. Lots of opportunities for learning. If you show an interest in a certain topic, you may have the opportunity bring that knewly attained knowledge into Bentley as an SME.

    I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Bentley Systems (Exton, PA) in July 2017.


    Streamlined and to the point, active communication which matched up with the timelines that were set. From application submission to first contact was less than a week, after which there was a phone screening with the recruiter. Additional week for a phone interview with the hiring manager, at which point the determination was made the same day to bring me in for an in-person the following week. In-person was with the hiring manager and telco to two team members. A week after this, an offer was extended. Start to finish it was about a month, refreshing change of pace for a larger company.
