    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Berico Technologies in September 2011.

    Interview

This was several years ago. As I recall the recruiter performed a technical phone screen asking a bunch of basic technical questions, what are the three pillars of OOP, difference between inner and outer joins, that sort of stuff, about 30 questions or so. After that I had a series of "fit" interviews with the a few senior members of the team. These seemed more focused on selling me on Berico than on evaluating me technically. However, what seemed most important to them from a technically were my contributions to various open source projects, otherwise the main concern seemed to be that of cultural fit.

    Interview Questions

    • The most unexpected question was asking me what technologies I disliked the most and why.   1 Answer
