I have been working at Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Excellent benefits, they offer lots of perks for holidays, incentives, and decent pay with really good health insurance. The opportunity to advance is great.

    Cons

There is a lot of drama with the mid-level managers. There is more work than people and the turnover is high.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies.

    Interview

Contacted by someone in the H.R. department by phone for a test for interview. Typical recruiting process. It took a few weeks to hear back to begin the process. After that, I received an email stating I was not selected to interview. It seemed like a good place to start if one if looking to get into insurance.
