Very high expectations for performance. Management is quick to fire people who aren't meeting expectations.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Berman & Co. (Washington, DC) in January 2017.

    Interview

Very friendly during interview process and very down to earth about what the job is like. They make you take a test sort of like the SAT with logical, math, and reading comp questions. It takes about an hour, and not sure how that is used to factor in whether you're chosen or not. For my position, I would have met with Rick Berman after the test was completed but I ended up taking a different job before then. They knew I had Hill experience and so were willing to be flexible in creating a new position that worked with my skills.

    Interview Questions

    • Nothing unique or noteworthy, just in particular why I wanted to work for the company. They also shared some of their main projects and asked if I reviewed them and what interested me about them, and which of them I gravitated to.   1 Answer
