I have been working at Best Doctors full-time (More than a year)
If you have passion for working hard, doing right by customers, members and employees, this is the right place for you. It is challenging work and your voice is heard. People care about each other and the people served. You'll be inspired every day and can easily see how your individual work fits into the overall company mission and strategy. We're a company of solving problems not finding excuses as to why it can't be done.
CEO is great leader and gets it! He believes the company can be both an industry leader and truly values each and every employee.
It is very faced paced and things change quickly, so if you aren't ready to go fast and adapt to change, this probably isn't the best place for you.
Advice to Management
Keep communicating. Leadership is sooo much stronger! Still have one chief that is weak that you need to fix.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Best Doctors (Boston, MA).
Interviewed by leaders of the company more interested in talking about themselves than the skills/experience I brought to the position.
I withdrew my candidacy because of the length of time it was taking to make a decision. I interviewed with four leaders of the organization and it was at least four weeks between the time I completed the interviews to receiving the last update of "they are still reviewing" that I withdrew my application.
