    I applied through an employee referral The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Best Human Capital & Advisory Group (Indianapolis, IN) in Dec 2017

    Interview

    It was a multi-phase process, very casual and open discussion format. The team introduced me to the company, it's culture, and ideas for operation and growth. The goal was to gauge my reaction, listen to stories of my successes and evaluate how they aligned with the experience, values, and strategic direction they wanted to grow. It was about a balance of my knowledge, skills, abilities, other added value, and cultural fit.
    Interview

    Since the interview was an open forum discussion, there really is not one single question I could list that stands out. It was about discussing industry trends, company philosophy, the foundational values of the business, and targeted challenges that would be faced. My responses varied depending on the situation discussed.
