I really love the transparency practiced with the clients, candidates and the company stakeholders. The positive energy of the office, which is a repurposed non-commisioned officers quarters in the heart of Ft. Benjamin Harrison, provides a very comfortable & productive working enviroment. Work/Life balance is a daily practice and I appreciate that!
There seems to be an odd smell to the water - it might be the area we are in. We have a resident ground hog so the front yard is torn up but he's entertaining to watch.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Best Human Capital & Advisory Group (Indianapolis, IN) in December 2017.
It was a multi-phase process, very casual and open discussion format. The team introduced me to the company, it's culture, and ideas for operation and growth. The goal was to gauge my reaction, listen to stories of my successes and evaluate how they aligned with the experience, values, and strategic direction they wanted to grow. It was about a balance of my knowledge, skills, abilities, other added value, and cultural fit.
