I have been working at Better Community Living full-time (More than 5 years)

Opportunities for growth and training. Great individuals to work with, supportive administration. Communication with employees has improved, especially about wellness programs. Family friendly organization. The agency pays for an entire certificate program at BCC. Great place to work!

Unfortunately the entire human services industry is not paid enough for the work that is done. Some individuals are more challenging than others.

    Advice to Management
