Pros
The mission of BA has been amazing to support, it is easy for me to come to work every day knowing what I am doing is impacting children's lives and providing increased access to early childhood education! The people I also work with every day are very inspirational, I learn every day from my colleagues.
Cons
BA is still a new organization so there are some challenges with scaling systems and processes to support growth. This is not for everyone, however I thrive in this type of environment working to continuously improve and scale!
