I worked at Bharat Heavy Electricals full-time (More than a year)
BHEL is well know for production. As it Includes Manufacturing, designing, maintenance of heavy equipments such as steel manufacturing, product finishing by using different techniques.
That was a wonderful environment working in such great Organization. Where i not only enhanced my skills but also learn lot of industrial ethics. I learn controls skills such as programming of PLC'S , Troubleshooting and designing control panels.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bharat Heavy Electricals.
On campus interview. Company came to the college and short listed students based on GPA. Then they took interview of selected students. Interview was last for 15-20 minutes. Recruiters were pretty easy going and gave chance to explain the answers. I asked to change the question when I was knowing the answer and they considered it.
