    Pros

You get to work with really bright, creative people in a challenging and rewarding environment.

    Cons

Long hours and occasional high stress levels expected as a part of agency life. There are a few people who don't fully respect your time or work/life balance.

    Advice to Management

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Big Fuel (New York, NY).

    Interview

Initial phone interview with follow up in-person interview with Hiring Manager. This interview lead to one more round to meet with team members, managers, and colleagues. Fairly informal overall, but not in a bad way. Everyone was very helpful and seemed passionate about the agency and clients.

    Interview Questions

    Reasons for Declining

I had another offer that I chose to pursue instead, nothing negative against Big Fuel though.
