I worked at Big O Tires full-time
Great place to start they will train anyone who is willing to learn and have a postive attitude
pay is iffy you can get through to management pretty quick, you can make a lot more money elsewhere, customers felt super entitled to everything
Advice to Management
keep training new people the right way the was the best thing you ever did, however work on your staff in the back they tend to get a little grumpy and aggressive toward any new people
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Big O Tires (Mesa, AZ) in September 2014.
The interview process was casual. The first meeting allowed for a comfortable exchange of my work history and equally important my character. Once it was established I was a good fit, the second interview detailed compensation, benefits and shop procedures. The third and final interview was a job offer and contract.
