I worked at Bilfinger full-time (Less than a year)
It was a new experience and challenge, started with ground level new construction for a refinery something I've never done before pretty exciting!
Not familiar with the process of receiving the engineer drawings but once I learned I fell into place pretty well and adjusted to the cold temperatures and wearing a lot of clothes
Advice to Management
I am a hard worker and dedicated was always there on time for safety meetings and worked for as long as they needed me there and they said that they would call me back if another project came open
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bilfinger (Jackson, TN) in March 2015.
Fairly brief interview, but asked relevant questions to the position and offered good information on preparation to make the move once offer was made. I think the position was in need of being filled right away, and they were willing to give someone with little previous experience a chance to prove themselves.
