Great culture, probably one of then best, everyone is very respectful, helpful, friendly, humble, dedicated. Managers are very helpful if you hit a roadblock and there's a lot of fun!
HR - really friendly and helpful!
- Location, really hard to find parking after 8:30-9 AM, there's a valet parking free of charge, but they are "not responsible for any damage done to your car". Access out of the area is done only through one road which is jammed around 5 PM
- No 401K match - even starting with a 3% match will make a big difference ....
- Some packages on Health Benefits can be better or taken out
- Payroll really slow in solving issues and you need to pay attention on the deductions, math for them is not the strongest skill and they tend to blame others (payroll company or your bank) for their mess!
Advice to Management
When choosing the brokerage company for benefits, please do some research rather than going with the "cheapest one" ... in the end, you get what you pay for. switch away from Melita Group.

I got a call to schedule a 15 minute phone interview with Paula. She was very nice, asked a couple of questions about the resume and then emailed to schedule a 30 min interview with general Counsel. The interview was scheduled promptly , a couple of days out. I had a pleasant interview with Raj Aji. He asked position related questions, answered mine. He took the full 30 min to get to know me and my experience. I received a "No, thank you " letter in 3 days. Even though I didn't get to the in person interview, I appreciated a prompt response. Overall, a good experience.
