Heavy emphasis on completing customer service call in limited time. Sometimes more time is needed to truly help customer.
Receiving a hundred calls a day can be monotonous.
Advice to Management
Continue to care about your people. Don't be overzealous to help a customer in two minutes. Offer higher pay for bilingual representatives.

I was referred by a lifelong coworker I met at EDS. So there was not really an interview process to be honest. I just showed up to the building, met with the hiring manager, and talked about job expectations. We talked about the major resources I should get to know within the organization
