I applied online. I interviewed at Billy Casper Golf (Reston, VA).
The interview process was very easy just a phone interview, then they will schedule an in person interview. When I was in the office I was given coffee and answered basic customer service questions and was even given a tour of office. This is where things became unprofessional and childish I was told I would hear a decision by next week and its been 2 and a half weeks and nobody is responding. I called the cell # and the office # of the senior payroll manager and even emailed to no avail. I knew I was being ignored and was lost because I was treated with so much hospitality, this was an example of a company putting on a fake image and NEVER will recommend someone to interview. If you don't have the courage to tell a prospective candidate he didn't get the job or even follow on a followup date, then I can't imagine being an employee. Poor ethics from the recruiter and the senior payroll manager.
