I have been working at Binance full-time

    Pros

The work we do is very meaningful and I am genuinely excited to come into work every day with such awesome colleagues and so much potential to be successful.

    Cons

Fast moving and hard, challenging work.
Stay away if you like to sit back and do little at work.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Binance in April 2018.

    Interview

Very disorganized, high volume, spammy. The recruiter was just using copy/paste messages, scheduled a time, then was a no-show and wasn't even able to answer calls/emails about being unavailable. He later messages me 2 hours later because he didn't understand how to convert the timezone telling me that the meeting is "now."

Make no mistake, the timezone he scheduled this in was only 2 hours away from my timezone. I have no idea where this guy is located, but he really needs to get a grip and focus on the recruiting process. I spent over an hour researching and preparing, only to have been dealing with a bozo spammer recruiter the entire time. Oh, and he wasn't a third-party recruiter, he works directly for Binance as an employee.
