I worked at Biola University part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There is a sense of unity in the IT Department. If one person can't figure out an issue, there's always someone else in the department, no matter their job title, who can and will help.

    Cons

It is hard work that requires an extra bit of poise and professionalism since your customers are standing in front of you the entire time that you are working through the tech issues.

    Advice to Management

Thanks for the kind leadership and mentoring through this job.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Biola University (La Mirada, CA) in February 2017.

    Interview

It was nice. I was interviewed by an officer and an investigator but they did their best to be friendly and make me feel comfortable. They alternated in asking questions and were personable.
