Travel (could be a pro or a con depending on position and if you like to fly. I underestimated the extent of travel, thus the position ended up not being right for me)
Advice to Management
I would recommend fully disclosing extent of travel based on position. They thought they had expressed it to me adequately but I found that I was going to be traveling far more than I understood from my interview process about 2 weeks into my employment. (not a knock on the company, just advice. this probably effects very few people, especially those who expect to travel or have no issues with it. unlike myself.)
I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Biomin (Singapore (Singapore)).
Received a call for interview which was on a 1-to-1 basis. Role was for a contract HR analyst position. Short and simple interview, held in a meeting room. Interviewer was professional. Received an update later on in the day.
