    I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Biorasi in December 2019.


    Very unique (wink wink). Was phone interviewed first, with few specifics given as to their needs. Once I gave a high-level overview of myself and convinced them I knew the lingo and terms of the trade, they made a big deal of advancing to the next step... which were two online quasi-IQ tests taking a total of about 20 minutes. OK, I thought... weird, but do-able. Was next phone interviewed by a Clinical Ops mgr who asked many of the standard questions. Then the big email came congratulating me on advancing to the final step... the "case presentation." The "case" consisted of a few background documents about a site soon to undergo an FDA audit, as well as the site's recent inhouse audit resulting in a listing of over 40 instances of protocol violations, lack of PI oversight issues, missing ISF documents, missing source, incorrect source, and updates needed to the EDC. The instructions for me asked to 1) develop a plan on how the items could be adequately addressed within 3 weeks, and then 2) prepare from scratch a 30-minute power point presentation on my plan that was to NOT include any style of bullet-point presentation (picture graphics only?). Are they serious, I thought?!?! To do this properly, it would have taken 2-3 days of non-stop work. Before continuing, I asked some very specific job-related questions about region of travel, therapeutic indications, and their new employee onboarding process. The recruiter responded but provided conflicting info when compared to what I'd been informed by the Clinical Ops mgr. I declined to pursue the "case presentation" as well as the position.
