great work environment with workers and management that actually care about the quality of the product they produce. Competitive wages that are based on performance.
Not forgiving when it comes to their attendance policies, or the personal problems that their employees my be experiencing. Should reach out and take that extra step to help and support the employee that they have invested so much time and money into. People don't fail processes do!
Advice to Management
Try to be a little more understanding of an employees personal situation that may or could be causing any performance and or attendance issues. Help and support them through these if it is at all possible.
