Get even better at listening to Bird's customers for new product opportunities. Sales can be more proactive at lead generation and conversion. Sales could use a course in how to effectively leverage social media to nurture existing and attract new customers.
Advice to Management
New goal: Identify and encourage specific training that will benefit each individual employee the manager is responsible for. This could be incorporated into their performance review.
Took a week to set up via hr. Interview took about an hour on site, no phone interview, no difficult questions. Heard back that week and started the following week.
