I have been working at BirdDogHR full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

BirdDogHR is by far one of the best places I have worked at as a Developer. The people are amazing and the work environment is excellent. The pros to working here far outweigh the cons

-Compensation is slightly better than average
    -Standard benefits, 401K, Medical, Vision
-Work-Life Balance is ridiculously amazing- have not seen better
-Kitchen with free snacks and pop machine
-Game room (Foozball and Xbox One)
    -Adjustable sitting/standing desks
    -Laptops are ridiculously overpowered (yay)
-Great collaboration and room to grow

    Cons

-Employee cost of benefits are slightly higher than other places (as expected of smaller companies)
-Path to advancement in career is slightly unclear

    Advice to Management

The direction is great, keep up the good work!

    Interview

I was contacted for a phone interview where I answered a few questions about myself, my education and previous experience. I was then asked to come in for an 1:1 interview where we talked about myself, my education and my previous experience more in depth and how I believed I was the best person for the job.
