I have been working at BirdDogHR full-time (More than a year)
The company parties, snacks in the breakroom and flexible work environment are all great; but BirddogHR is an awesome place to work because management treats their employees with the respect due professionals who care about doing their jobs. In most departments, managers allow their employees act as decision makers and do not micro-manage. This is a direct trickle-down from the CEO who has created an atmosphere of accountability and recognition.
Being a "smaller-startup-type" software company, there are processes that are ill-defined and still developing.

I was contacted for a phone interview where I answered a few questions about myself, my education and previous experience. I was then asked to come in for an 1:1 interview where we talked about myself, my education and my previous experience more in depth and how I believed I was the best person for the job.
