I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5+ weeks. I interviewed at BizX (Bellevue, WA) in April 2016.
Horrific scheduling and communication; unprofessional. They reached out to me through a startup job posting site to interview for sales positions. I had 4 interviews in a span of 40 days. For the first phone interview they mistakenly called an hour early when I wasn't available; later conducted interview at scheduled time. My next two scheduled in-person interviews (same day) with the Director of Member Services and the COO were changed, two days prior, to just a phone interview with the Director of Member Services; they failed to call me at the scheduled interview time so I had to call the HR rep to connect with the interviewer. 3 more weeks of confusing communications and scheduling later, I had in-person interviews with the Director of Member Services and the COO. All interviewers were pleasant; all interviews went seemingly well; no questions were notably challenging. They said that I would hear back either that same day or the next; I never heard back and all of my follow-ups and attempts to get any updates were ignored. After all of the time both they and I invested, they didn’t even have the decency to inform me of their decision.
