I worked at Black Angus Steakhouse part-time (More than a year)
The management is laid back and everyone works well as a team. Great vibe all around. Easy place to work at because it's all steaks.
Dated atmosphere. The plates are unnecessarily large and the kitchen can be tough to work with.
Advice to Management
Floor management is great really. For upper management I would advise to reinvest in buildings and equipment.
I applied online. I interviewed at Black Angus Steakhouse.
First applied online. Basic information, working experience, then personality test. I called to follow up - any other manager is basically useless, especially when it comes to relaying information - so I went in with my resume asked to speak with the general manager. Gave my resume called to follow up a couple days later. She called me back and asked me if I can come in for an interview. Went had a talk in the back of restaurant. Then I was hired.
