Management does a great job actively engaging with team members. The team has an open-door policy and not only listens to and welcomes new ideas but often implements them quickly. I've seen improvements to PTO policies, benefit offerings, interview processes, and company events, to name a few, as a direct result of feedback from team members. The benefits offered are comparable to a larger, competitive firm. A few highlights include employer contributions to HSAs, employer-paid healthcare and dental options, and wellness and community service perks each year.
