I have been working at Blast Analytics & Marketing full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There is a very large remote team, in addition to the onsite team how give amazing support. This is my first job out of college and they have invested a lot of time, money and energy into helping me become a contributing member of the team. One of the coolest aspects of working here, is that all of my team is remote except me. So the people I work the most with are all across the country, but I feel supported and like I'm building friendships despite the distance.

    Cons

The office is 3-5 degrees warmer than I'd like.

    Advice to Management

Continue perusing the values the company is founded on, and investing in the employees. The culture here is amazing, and that is because of the individuals that have been hired.

    Interview

Very simple. Ask a lot of basic questions and it didn't take a long a time. It was straight forward. The process was just like any other job process. Extremely professional. No hidden agendas. Do your homework and know the background of the company. Be prepared to tell about yourself.
