I have been working at Blast Radius full-time (More than a year)

Good amount of vacation days. Core group of dedicated individuals (small at best now) keeping the place alive.

A digital advertising company with little knowledge of what digital is anymore. Resourcing was sparse when available, and when not it was like pulling teeth getting anyone to commit. Committing meant giving it your all to project that was never scoped right to begin with. Client facing people would promise the sun and moon to clients, to keep their business, without consulting with Developers. Business would arrive with little direction on how to make it successful and even less man power to do so. Lot of work done offshore.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blast Radius.

Was referred by a current employee. I was brought in for an interview shortly after and was offered a job a few weeks later. It's a pretty straight forward and quick interview process if you are the right fit.
