    I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Blitz Acquisitions (Grand Rapids, MI)

    Interview

    Interview process was very unprofessional from start to finish:

    Initial phone contact with the hiring manager resulted in "phone tag". For a recruiter, this seems very strange.

    First interview with the CEO went well. We met, discussed background information and touched on how the company will "progress you"through job tier's, from a cold-calling sales position (starting $10 / hr), selling the products that reflect the current company's marketing campaign, to eventually managing a team of your own as a "Marketing Manager".

    Second interview with the CEO was where the unprofessional behavior began. I arrived 20 minutes early. The interview did not occur until 30 minutes AFTER the scheduled time. Interview happens, we discuss more background and qualifications and we end with, and I quote: "regardless if you're moving forward, we will be in touch to let you know more and to give some feedback."

    No phone call follow-up, another red-flag and unprofessional behavior.

    In conclusion, this is not a "marketing manager" position. They start you at $10 and at the owner's discretion they will begin to promote you through their ranks. Very misleading.
