I have been working at Blockchain full-time (More than a year)
The coworkers are the biggest draw at Blockchain. You're surrounded by smart and thoughtful people who are eager to help and share their knowledge. Every day you can learn something new. The products and space are exciting as well, and it's enjoyable to get to work on something that's cutting edge. The company also provides excellent benefits and the work/life balance is quite good.
Management at the company is young. They've made great strides recently to hire more experienced people into these roles, but the inexperience of some will no doubt rear it's ugly head now and then.
Advice to Management
Allow yourselves and others to delegate; don't try and always be involved in the minutiae. Be more proactive about your employees growth internally.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Blockchain (New York, NY) in December 2017.
HR phone screen, conversation with the hiring manager aka person who I would report to, mini project that i had 72 hours to complete, 1 day on-site and one round call with CEO.
