In the community, we have partnered with several local organizations which we support charitably. Additionally, our employees volunteer their time and services. A variety of programs are offered throughout the year, giving employees the opportunity to truly make a difference.
A lot of learning, freedom, and hands on activities. There also is a huge pantry with free breakfast/lunch foods. Everyone that interned there also had the opportunity to earn a full time position through the Start Program.
Aside from the other interns you really don't have interaction with anyone else in the office (which is pretty large)
Advice to Management
Incorporate the interns with the full time employees some how. Other than that it's great.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bloomberg BNA (Arlington, VA) in May 2018.
Two parts: Interviewing with several hiring managers and a difficult role-play scenario to see how well a candidate can sell BBNA products.
The hiring managers you interview with can change at any point due to their busy schedules and other meetings.
