    Pros

    Onsite wellness center, casual dress, really cool and talented people I work with. Benefits are great and we get a bonus in March.

    Cons

    We live on a roller coaster depending on how quarterly sales go.

    Advice to Management

    Fully commit to Agile or just forget it.

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomin' Brands (Tampa, FL) in May 2015.

    Process took about two weeks, straight forward. They really just want a feel for you and if you would be a good fit for the company.Ask you typical interview questions and ones related to your department. I interviewed with the manager I would be working with and then also with her manager. Human resources also really wants you to get the job.
